The eBooks can be viewed either online or by downloading a Desktop or Mobile Application and allow for searches, notations, highlights and collaboration within your purchased copy. The eBook is not a PDF format.

Please note that the "Educational Copy" books are available only in physical/hard-copy format.

Please note that any refunds on eBook purchases are subject to an administration fee of $16.25 CAD.

Refunds are not applicable to printed manuals.
